New client acquisition was founded in 2018 by co- owners Andy Sloan and Tim Megginson. After successfully having their own fitness businesses for a combined 28 years and receiving many requests from peers in the industry they began helping others grow their gyms and bootcamps, impact more lives and make more profits.

Tim Megginson

Tim went from 1:1 PT, to opening up multiple high ticket bootcamp locations which ran successful for 15 years and he sold in 2024. Tim is a gym goer, outdoor adventurer & travel lover, he’s traveled to 6 continents and climbed a few of the highest peaks in the world, he holds the current Guinness World Record for the highest exercise session on earth at 6022 metres. His business super powers are strategic for-sight, sales and maximising profitability.

Andy Sloan

Andy went from 1:1 PT to opening a hyper successful 6 figure gym, which he owned for over 13 years and later sold 2023. Andy is a seasoned triathlete, ultra runner and Hyrox UK champ, he’s competed in 16 ironmans, won a few 100 mile races and Hyrox pro events in the 35-40. His business super powers are marketing, sales and problem solving creativity.
